March 19, 2025, International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration at the HSE University organized and conducted a roundtable titled "Virtual Reality and Real Law: Regulation of the Gaming Industry," dedicated to the development of the national video game market, digital transformation of creative industries, and issues of regulation of the industry.

Evgeny Diskin, Senior Research Fellow at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration at the Higher School of Economics, took part in the round table 'The Video Game Industry: Research and Industrial Aspects', held as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Journalism in 2024: Creativity, Profession, Industry', organized by Lomonosov Moscow State University.

The Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences held The Eighth International Scientific and Practical Conference «Bachilov Readings». The event focused on pressing issues of digital transformation, information security, and the protection of sovereignty amid global technological changes. Senior Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration at the HSE University Evgeny Diskin delivered a report titled «Current Challenges for Russia’s Information Sovereignty».

The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration Research Fellow Aisylu Ataeva participated in the fourth International Conference "Digital Transformation of Social and Economic Systems – DIGITAL2025".
