At the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the roundtable “1,000 Years of Russian Entrepreneurship: Value Orientations and Social Partnerships”, Marat Zembatov, Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies at the Institute of Public and Municipal Administration, National Research University Higher School of Economics, delivered a report.

The presentation addressed key topics in detail, including Russia’s civilizational role in advancing the global economy according to the Kardashev scale, as well as issues of food security and agrologistics.

Particular attention was given to the development of international transport corridors involving Russia and the creation of a transport and logistics framework for the Greater Eurasian economic space. Additionally, the discussion highlighted the potential of leveraging Russia’s millennial experience as a state-civilization to establish new centers of organization for the contemporary structure of the Eurasian economic space, as well as the concept of decoupling, which opens new horizons for regional development.
