Russian and Kyrgyz experts pool their e xperience in informatisation for public governance

As part of a meeting between the Chair of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communication of the Kyrgyz Republic NurbekAbaskanov and Russian experts in informatisation on a national scale, the Higher School of Economics held a discussion on mutual collaboration between representatives from the Kyrgyz side and representatives of major Russian IT companies and HSE specialists.
