Vladimir Korolev has died
1 May 2018 saw the passing of Vladimir Korolev, Deputy Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Governance NRU HSE, Academician of the Tsiolkovsky Russian Academy of Cosmonautics, member of the Guild of Specialists in Infrastructure Projects, member of the expert group in public-private partnerships of the UN Economic Commission for Europe.
