Russian Economic Development Ministry publishes draft Federal Law On the Federal Contract System
On 1 September 2011, the Russian Economic Development Ministry published draft Federal Law On the Federal Contract System, which is to replace current Law No. 94-FZ On placing orders for supplies of goods, performance of work and rendering of services for government and municipal needs.
