The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration was established in January 2021.

The main goal of the Laboratory is to study the integration of public and private digital resources, information systems and tools for the design and delivery of citizen-oriented public services and civic participation through a government platform (GaaP), study the influence of digital transformation on citizens, including trust, emotions, acceptance of government activity results in digital form.
