Research path: He completed his doctoral studies at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2022. Following his graduation, he joined the esteemed team of Professor Chen Tao. During his doctoral program, Dr. Liang specialized in several key courses, including Social Psychology, Online Political Communication, and Public Policy. His research during this period mainly focused on how public sectors in developing nations can better use technology to meet citizens' needs, and has been published in journals such as Government Information Quarterly and Journal of Business Research.
Currently, Dr. Liang's research interests revolve around the governance of government AI systems, particularly the collaborative interaction between human officials and AI tools in the realm of government affairs and services. He is dedicated to exploring the implications, challenges, and opportunities presented by the integration of AI in public sectors. By examining the dynamics between human and artificial intelligence, He aims to develop frameworks and strategies that enhance the effectiveness and ethical governance of AI in public administration.
