Evgeny Styrin commented on the effect of the discovery of data on R&D performed by state-owned companies and corporations

Head of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, HSE University Evgeny Styrin believes that the new requirements may force shareholders and the state to evaluate R&D investments and their quality more carefully: “Companies that spend little and explain poorly how they develop R&D will be under pressure to improve this area”.
