Round table «Media law: tendencies and problems»

On February 6, 2024, Institute of the State and law of the Russian Academy of Sciences held an International Scientific Conference «Bachilovskie Readings», which was attended by the Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University, Dr. Diskin.

During the conference, extremely topical issues were discussed: proposals for adoption of the draft Digital (Information) Code of the Russian Federation, problems of formation of the platform law structure, issues of digital and information sovereignty, Problems of corporatization of information space (the process by which the importance of platforms and their internal regulation begins to exceed the importance of information law). Evgeny Diskin took part in the discussion of the issue of corporatization of the information space, autonomy of human will in interaction with digital technologies.
