The International Conference "Digital Transformation of Social and Economic Systems – DIGITAL2025"

The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration Research Fellow Aisylu Ataeva participated in the fourth International Conference "Digital Transformation of Social and Economic Systems – DIGITAL2025".

The conference was devoted to a wide range of issues related to the impact of digital technologies on various spheres of society, including public administration, education, business and economics. The participants discussed management models in the era of digitalization, the use of modern technologies in education, the latest trends in the IT sector, the use of artificial intelligence, the prospects for business robotics, as well as issues of digital transformation of the economy and the use of digital assets.

The plenary session of the conference included presentations by leading experts in the field of digital technologies and artificial intelligence:

• Dmitry Pavlovich Korotkov, Ph.D. in technical sciences, Analyst at the Center for the Development of Education and International Affairs (Interobrazovanie), presented a report on the topic: "The War of the Worlds. What is the difference between the perception of an analog person and a discrete machine?"
• Maxim Alekseevich Eremenko, Vice President, Director of the Department for the Development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Technologies at Sberbank, made a presentation on the topic: "The concept of practical strong artificial intelligence".
• Mikhail Leonidovich Puzitsky, Data Scientist at the AI Marketing Center of Sberbank, presented an overview of existing generative image models for the end of 2024.
• Maxim Alexandrovich Gubin, Head of the Visiology Expertise and Competence Development Department, spoke about the use of AI to work with unstructured data and optimize data pre-preparation processes for BI analytics.
• Stanislav Lvovich Zubarev, Senior lecturer at the Department of Information and Educational Programs at Consultant Plus, highlighted the use of artificial intelligence in the services of the ConsultantPlus system.

Participation in the DIGITAL 2025 conference made it possible to get acquainted with advanced research and practices in the field of digital transformation and share experiences with colleagues.
