Pavel Suvorov told RBС.ru what the situation will be in the St. Petersburg labor market in the future, and how it depends on the processes of digitalization and digital transformation.

Veronika Simonova, Head of the Central Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Pavel Suvorkov, a Research Fellow at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, made a presentation at the conference "Historical Approach in Geography and Geoecology" on the topic "The Phenomenon of Ethnic Identity in the Conditions of Mixing Ethnic Groups and Digitalization." The conference was co-organized by: RSMU, RGS, IG RAS, RSPU and Pskov State University.

In the conference employees of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the Higher School of Economics E.M. Styrin, A.G. Sanina, Ya.A. Rybushkina took part with a report. Also, E.M. Styrin held the international part of the seminar "E-Governance 2023". At the event, issues of algorithmic management, citizens' readiness to use digital services, electronic participation, and therole of social networks in digital public administration were discussed.

On June 15-16, 2023, the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration held an online conference on the topic "Digital Management and Public Administration: results of interdisciplinary research". Research projects on interdisciplinary perspectives of digital governance transformation in the field of public administration were presented. The co-chairs were the Scientific Director of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the Higher School of Economics, Professor of the School of Public Administration and Political Sciences of the University of HaifaEran Vigoda-Gadot and the head of the laboratoryEvgeny Styrin.

Head of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration Evgeny Styrin was an invited lecturer at the College of Public Administration, Huazhong University at the invitation of Professor Tao Chen as part of the course "E-government Frontiers", attended by university students, civil servants of African countries.

Head of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration Evgeny Styrin participated in the seminar "Implementation of Digital Services and Notary Services on a Single Portal of State and Municipal Services".

The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration examines the human-centric barriers of digital transformation in local communities in the Arctic and North-Western areas of the Russian Federation. Leading Research Fellow Anna Sanina and Research Fellow Pavel Suvorkov are reporting the actual updates about the fieldworks carried out on the Taimyr Peninsula, Krasnoyarsk Krai.

The development of document flow in the departments is heterogeneous. Evgeny Styrin commented on the research on digitalization of data conducted by the Polylog agency for the Kommersant.
