International round table "Problems of legal regulation of digitalization of public power"

The Center for Digital Transformation of Public Administration of the Lomonosov Moscow State University held an international round table. Head of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration (Institute for Public Administration and Governance of the HSE University) Evgeny Styrin, made a presentation on "Data-based Public Administration: Effects, Risks, Barriers". The speaker revealed the main goals and features of data-centric public administration, noted the relevance of the formation of a national data management system, the need for continuous training and advanced training of civil servants. Among the most significant risks of building data-centric management, Evgeny Styrin noted an increase in the number of hacker attacks on government systems, digital fraud, leakage and misuse of personal data.
