Implementation of Digital Services and Notary Services on a Single Portal of State and Municipal Services

Head of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration Evgeny Styrin participated in the seminar "Implementation of Digital Services and Notary Services on a Single Portal of State and Municipal Services". In his report, he touched upon the development of electronic notaries in the world, pointed out the possibilities of using blockchain technology to organize the work of a network of notaries, noted the possibilities of biometric technologies for organizing legally significant remote interaction between the applicant and the notary. Senator I.V. Rukavishnikova was particularly interested in the speaker's proposal on the development of educational standards for all specialists using the services of an electronic notary in a digital environment.
