International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration Webinar

International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration hold working webinar with Leading Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Social Neurobiology Vladimir Kosonogov. Researchers discussed the first results of an experiment in which participants were shown videos about the digitalization of public services, learned about their attitude to them and measured emotional reactions.

Such experiments have proven themselves positively in behavioral economics, their results are used to predict and encourage certain behavior. There are almost no analogues in the research of public and municipal administration, even the very connection of emotions and behavior in this area requires further study and experimental confirmation. The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation staff positively assessed the first results obtained, the study will be continued and will become the basis of scientific publications in the future.
