International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration Webinar

International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration hold webinar on the topic "Specifics of the video-making process for the socio-psychological experiment «The Influence of Emotions on Trust in Electronic Government Services»". During the seminar, the speakers, Research Assistants Elizaveta Dyakova and Agnessa Bich, detailed the methods and tools used in creating video clips, which are aimed at studying how different emotions affect citizens' trust in digital public services in various social spheres. They also mentioned their experience and difficulties encountered in the work. 

During the presentation, the speakers showed the process of creating videos, including usage of AI technologies such as ChatGPT for writing scripts, Zvukogram for voice acting and Adobe Premiere Pro for visualization of the videos. The audience had a discussion about the results of testing videos and their impact on the emotional state and trust of participants, as well as the pros and cons of using AI technologies to create emotionally colored content. By the end of the seminar, the audience had come to a conclusion about further development and dissemination of these achievements, which may make a significant contribution to the study of the impact of emotions on the perception of digital public services.
