XXXII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Problems of Media Law - 2023» was held at the Higher School of Economics. The leading researcher of Leading Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University Evgeny Diskin made a report «Digital cancelation - scale and consequences for the Russian Federation».
