The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration (HSE University) presented the results of a large-scale study at an expanded meeting of the Bank of Russia, which brought together more than 1,350 participants. In 2024, the employees of The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration carried out a complex project to assess the level of digital maturity of the in Moscow. During this project, they not only conducted a comprehensive assessment of the digital transformation process by surveying a large number of indicators, but also created a unique model for evaluating digital maturity among executive authorities in a large region like Moscow.
