The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration staff members Elizaveta Dyakova and Anna Sanina compiled the Index of AI assistants for Public Administration.

V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences together with HSE University’s International Centre of Decision Choice and Analysis hosted the All-Moscow Seminar “Expert opinion and data analysis”. Ivan Makarov, a Research Assistant at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, made a report on the topic “The Problem of Multicollinearity in Public Administration Indicators and Tools for Overcoming It”, within which he presented a part of his PhD dissertation study to specialists in the field of data analysis.

The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration at HSE University, in cooperation with colleagues from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China), is carrying out an international research project focused on analyzing human-centered barriers to the implementation of artificial intelligence  in the public sectors of Russia and China

PhD student Zhu Zi Yuan made a presentation on his research in progress during the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration webinar. The current research title is “Institutional Comparison of Public Service Models in China, the United States and Russia: Marketization, Centralized Governance and Hybrid Governance in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”.

The Russian State University for the Humanities organized conference of "Social Contract in Modern Russia: Points of Agreement and Points of Tension". It included a round table meeting "Digital Transformation of Public Administration: Trends and Risks" which was held in the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation in a hybrid format. Leading researcher of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration (HSE University) Anna Sanina participated in the round table.

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and Digital Technologies of the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Ufa) held a methodological seminar titled “Methodology and Tools for the Use of Digital Technologies in Educational and Research Activities.”  The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration Research Fellow Aisylu Ataeva, delivered a presentation titled “Methodological and Practical Aspects of Using Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research.”

The first international conference "Historiographical and Perspective Tasks of Modern Information Law" was dedicated to topical issues of the transformation of historical science and archival studies in the context of universal digitalization. Senior Researcher of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration Evgeny Diskin took part in the conference. He made a presentation on the topic: "The impact of digital platforms on the transformation of approaches to the preservation of historical sources."

Within the framework of the HSE University Expert and analytical forum, a session of experts from the Institute for Public Administration and Governance (HSE University), including staff from the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration was held. The participants discussed their experience in attracting young HSE researchers to expert and analytical work, as well as the specifics of interaction with experienced experts and representatives of a government customer.
